Meet Sheridan, a psychologist, sleep scientist, holistic sleep specialist, and registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator - and mama to two beautiful kiddos.

Sheridan has made it her mission to share her extensive knowledge of sleep science, psychology, and child development to empower parents to make informed decisions and raise happy, thriving children.

Sheridan's approach is grounded in respect for every family's unique needs and circumstances. Above all, Sheridan is passionate about helping parents feel confident and empowered in their parenting journey, and enhancing the connection and communication between parents and children.

Sheridan loves working with babies and kiddos of any age with a range of sleep challenges or transitions.

Meet Katie.

Meet Katie, a Baby-Led Sleep Specialist and mama to two beautiful (and busy) boys. Katie’s background is in Registered Nursing and her experience as both a healthcare professional and patient within the healthcare system has birthed a keen interest in evidence-based information and health communication that is accessible for all.

She is passionate about bridging the gaps in maternity care and parental education, in particular the relationship between overall health and well-being and its impact upon sleep. She understands the importance of balancing the whole family’s need for rest whilst continuing to provide responsive caregiving.

Katie has a particular interest in high sensitivity and neurodiversity in relation to sleep, and has experience parenting with chronic health issues, supporting a child with developmental differences and navigating the NDIS.

She is happy to work with clients of all ages and gladly welcomes a challenge.

‘Just Quickly’ is perfect for you if you’re feeling stuck or just have a couple of questions you want answered - or if you need a quick, no-fuss heart-to-heart with our girls to give you a little pep in your step and provide the confidence or reassurance you need.

This is a 20-minute session via phone - also appropriate for follow-up calls for previous Honest Sleep clients.

  • New or returning clients who have a quick question or two, or who need some minor troubleshooting or reassurance.

The Honest Sleep Consult is the wham-bam-thankyou-maam of sleep support.

Your consultant will review your intake prior to your 60 minute Zoom or Phone consult, so that you can make the most of your time together working through any challenges you might have.

  • You might be experiencing bedtime battles, frequent wakefulness or approaching a transition you need some guidance around - such as night weaning or moving on from bedsharing.

    You might be feeling as though you’re missing something, or you know there are some creative ways to go about changes that you haven’t thought of yet.

    KEEP IN MIND…

    This consult doesn’t include any follow-up support after the call. However, clients have an option to book quick troubleshooting sessions at any time - the link will be provided after your session!

    2. We will need your intake at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

You might be feeling lost or confused about what your child needs from you, how you can gently change up ways you are doing sleep with your child, or you just think there must be something you’re missing.

The Honest Sleep Support is our most rounded, comprehensive sleep support. We take the time to go through a comprehensive intake and optional sleep diary, hang out for 60 minutes via Zoom working through all the things, and then we send you over a comprehensive plan with additionatl resources.

  • You might be feeling completely overhwhelmed, confused and lost with sleep. You know it’s not working, but you’re not sure where to start.

    You want the complete support package - the sleep diary and intake review, the consult and the plan of attack.

    KEEP IN MIND…

    This service includes a comprehensive intake and sleep diary review, plus a detailed plan. If this doesn’t float your boat (not everyone likes the homework!), the Honest Sleep Consult may be better suited.

    There is the option for further follow-up support if implementing changes for an additional fee - booking link will be provided with your plan.
